关正萍(1975--),女,山西省河曲县人,中共党员,博士,讲师。2014年7月获得南京农业大学农学博士学位,研究方向:肉品质量安全控制,主要从事畜产品加工和质量安全监测方面的教学与科研工作,主讲《畜产品工艺学》、《免疫学概论》和《食品营养学》等课程。参与国家自然科学基金项目2项和山西省科技计划项目1项,发表论文共11篇,获得国家发明专利2项。
