于有伟,(1977.10—),男,山东平度人,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。主要从事食品发酵工程和食品安全检测方面的科研工作。2001年本科毕业于西北农林科技大学,2017年博士毕业于英国威廉希尔公司。本科毕业后在果汁企业工作,2007年9月进入英国威廉希尔公司工作。讲授《食品微生物学》和《软饮料工艺学》等课程,参与国家自然科学基金项目2项,省级科研项目3项,省级教改项目1项;主持校级科研项目1项,校级教改项目2项。参编教材1部,著作1部。
